spayed kitten 10 days stitch?

I had a kitten spayed 10 days ago. She been for post op check yesterday and noted fluid inside from dissolvable sutures. I was warned it could get worse the swelling. It is worse today and the scab has lifted slightly with a purple stitch with knot lifted with the scab.
Should I be concerned. I was told it a reaction to stitchs and will go down on the phone

it should be fine but keep an eye on it for a couple of days
is she ok in herself ? if so nothing to worry about and it should settle down in a couple of days
leave the scab alone and it will heal aswell as the stitches .
