Embroidery downloads?

I have just had a new computer installed Windows XP and now cannnot download any of the Jef format designs. They come in a Zip folder. I never had any problem with the old machine. Can anyone help me or explain how do do this. Thanks Iris

If they come in the .zip format you will have to use a software called Winzip to unzip it to yor desktop. You only need to choose the file in the .zip you want to use and use the extract option; then all you have to do is to choose your desktop as the file location, press ok and that's it
