Extension Bracket

How do I install a game which is in which is in a file with .bin extension?

i downloaded a game with utorrent. When I open its folder there are two file: one a 263MB .bin file and the other a 1KB .cue file. I have a multimedia player I use to play music and videos called VLC media player. for both file it is written VLC media file and their extension for each is written in brackets.
